How we protect your account and your money
Security is part of how the platform is built, not a feature added on top. Here is what that means in practice.
One account per phone
Your account is linked to the phone you first sign in on. Moving to a new phone goes through a verified device-change review, so a stolen password alone is not enough.
A permanent transaction record
Every movement of money is written to a ledger that cannot be edited. Corrections are added as new, visible entries, never by changing history.
Two-person approval for payouts
Business repayments and distributions need two different team members, and every staff action is recorded in an audit log.
Withdrawals are protected at once
When you request a withdrawal, that amount is set aside immediately so it cannot be spent twice while the payout is processed.
Private by default
Personal details of your team are masked. Payout account numbers are encrypted, and staff access is limited by role.
Verified app downloads
Each app release is published with its SHA-256 checksum, and the app checks updates before installing them.
